Premium Residency in Saudi Arabia provides numerous benefits, such as

Special Talent Residency
Individuals eligible for Saudi Premium Residency under the Special Talent category include
- Iqama holders with a minimum salary of SR 80,000/month.
- Professionals in healthcare and sciences with a minimum salary of SR 35,000/month.
- Researchers earning a minimum wage of SR 14,000/month.

Gifted Residency
To qualify for Saudi Premium Residency under the Gifted Residency category, you must:
- Be nominated or receive one of the exceptional awards approved by the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Sports.

Real Estate Owner Residency
Foreigners can obtain Saudi Premium Residency by investing in real estate, subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Investment: SR 4 million.
- The property must be free from mortgage and cannot be mortgaged in the future.
- The property must be purchased without financing.
- The real estate must be residential and fully developed (not just a plot).
- Property valuation must be approved by an evaluator registered with Taqeem.

Investor Residency
Businessmen who have invested or plan to invest SR 7 million in a business can apply for Saudi Premium Residency under the Investor Residency category. Requirements include:
- Obtaining an investment license.
- Commercial Registration.
- Minimum investment of SR 7 million.
- Creating 10 jobs in the business.

Entrepreneur Residency
There are two categories under the Entrepreneur Residency for obtaining Saudi Premium Residency:
First Category
- Secure a minimum of SAR 400,000 in investment from an accredited entity.
- Applicant’s share in the start-up must be at least 20%.
Second Category
- Secure a minimum of SR 15 million in investment from an accredited entity.
- Applicant’s share in the start-up must be at least 10%.
