How to check Zain balance in Saudi Arabia?
You can check your Zain SIM card, internet, and data balance in five different ways: dialing a code, sending an SMS, calling a number, or using the Zain app. Below are the detailed procedures for each method.
Check Zain Balance Using a Code
The simplest method to check your Zain main account balance is by dialing *142# on your mobile. The system will promptly display your main account balance.
To check your Zain internet balance, simply dial *405# on your mobile. The system will display your remaining data balance in MBs.
Check Zain Balance via SMS
The simplest way to check your remaining Zain internet or data balance is through the SMS service. You will receive an instant response from Zain with your current internet or data balance.
- Write the Zain internet balance check code in an SMS: “BC”
- Send it to 959 or 700212.
Check Zain SIM Balance Using the App
The third method to check your mobile, internet, or data balance is by installing the Zain App on your device from the Play Store or iTunes. I personally use this method to check my Zain balance. You can also use this app to view your Zain postpaid balance.
Contacting the Helpline
The fourth and possibly the most challenging way to check your balance is by calling 959 from your Zain connection. Here’s how to do it:
- Dial 959.
- Select your preferred language.
- Press 1 for balance inquiry.
- Press 1 again to get your balance.
- Listen to your remaining balance information.
Zain Website
You can set up an account on the Zain website to check your internet, data, and SIM balance. However, this process is a bit more complicated than the other methods mentioned above, which is why I don’t usually choose this option.
