How to get Zain Advance balance/loan?
In case of an emergency when your mobile balance is low, you can send an SMS code to request Zain advance credit or borrow a loan of 5 to 10 riyals.
Zain service users can now access loans ranging from SR 5 to SR 75 when their balance is low. The Zain advance balance must be repaid once you recharge your account.
Zain Loan Code
The simplest way to obtain a Zain loan is by dialing the following code:
Dial: *9001#.
You will soon receive a loan ranging from SR 5 to SR 75 credited to your Zain account.
Additionally, you can dial *900# at any time to view all available options and choose your preferred Zain credit amount or type.
Zain Advance Balance Through SMS
To obtain a loan of SR 5 to SR 75 from Zain when your account balance is low, you can use the SMS method:
- Compose a message containing the digit “1.”
- Send it to 700900.
Zain Advance Balance/Loan Code: 700900.
You will receive a notification indicating that your request is being processed. Shortly after, you should get an SMS stating, “Congratulations, your Airtime balance is SR 10,” from Zain.
If your balance depletes while making a call or sending a message, you will get a notification offering Zain credit. In that case, just reply to the message with “1” to accept the loan.
Fee to get Zain Loan
Once you recharge your account, the amount for the Zain loan will be deducted, along with an additional 20% package charge.
Terms and Conditions
- This service is exclusively available for prepaid users.
- The Zain advance balance can only be accessed when your account balance is insufficient.
- The Zain Emergency Credit can be used for both local and international calls and SMS.
- This balance cannot be utilized for:
- Value-added services (VAS)
- Weekly or monthly subscriptions
- International balance transfers
