  • Property cannot be mortgaged in the future
  • Property purchase must be without financing
  • The real estate must be residential
  • The property must be fully developed (not just a plot)
  • Property valuation must be approved by a Taqeem-registered evaluator

Validity

The Saudi Premium Residency obtained through real estate investment remains valid as long as the property is under your ownership.
